A companion tool for an itch jam streamer.

Binaries are unavailable currently - internal data storage gets changed quite a bit, and I'm too lazy to implement migration between changes. 

NOTE: This app is not affiliated with itch and is developed by a third party developer. The app functions similar to how a browser makes requests to itch. However this doesn't make the app safe for work. I (the developer) have no responsibility for your usage of the tool or the consequences. This is an unofficial app that makes requests to itch.io servers for jam data. There is ALWAYS a possibility that the usage of this tool may result in an IP ban.

Current functionality includes:

• Download & refresh itch jam from a link
• Download & refresh game covers
• Game search in the scope of a jam
• Global filters (never see a developer you hate ever again!)
• 4 randomizers for picking the games on stream
• 3 scoring systems (scores, stars, tierlist)
• Configurable stream overlay
• Export results as a PNG

Planned functionality not currently included:

• 2 more scoring systems
• Manual jam mode (without an itch link or data)
• Itch entries mode (without an itch link, using entries.json)
• In-app tutorial & FAQ
• Scoring system configuration

This app DOES NOT:

• Download games for you
  • Itch does not provide a convenient API to fetch data
  • Currently in order to download jam info this tool has to download the jam page, parse it and extract a link to data
  • Same would have to be done to actual game pages, which would take quite some time.
  • This functionality may be added in the future, but no promises.
• Post your reviews to the jam page
  • This would require implementing logging in to itch.io
• Have game tags or jams where the game participated in
  • Just like downloading the game - this would require parsing the game page
  • This functionality may be added in the future, but no promises.
    

Please note that this app is currently undergoing extensive testing and may be prone to errors or crashing. Please report any crashes or errors you encounter, this will help a lot.

To linux users: The app has not been tested under linux. While it should be fine - platform-dependent bugs relating exclusively to linux distribution may not be fixed.
